1. INTENDED AUDIENCE AND AGE REQUIREMENT (16+)
ITSH.ai ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us") is intended only for individuals who are 16 years of age or older.
- The App is not directed toward children under 16.
- Users under 16 years of age are not permitted to download, access, or use the App.
- During onboarding, the App may request age-related information, such as the user's age and/or year of birth, for age-verification and age-gating purposes.
- The App may use an automated age-gate to determine whether the user meets the minimum age requirement.
- We do not knowingly permit individuals under 16 to use the App.
- If we learn that a person under 16 has provided personal information or is using the App in violation of this policy, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access and delete applicable information where required by law.
By using ITSH.ai, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. APP OVERVIEW AND HYBRID AI FUNCTIONALITY
ITSH.ai is an artificial intelligence assistant application offering:
- Cloud AI Chat: The App uses secure cloud AI services, such as Google Gemini APIs, to process user prompts and generate AI responses.
- Offline Private AI: The App may provide an optional local AI engine that can be downloaded to the device's private application storage. When using supported offline functionality, processing can occur locally on the device without transmitting the prompt to a cloud AI service.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and process only information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the App and its functionality.
The App does not require users to create a mandatory account.
A. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Depending on the features used, ITSH.ai may collect or process the following information that the user voluntarily provides during onboarding or while using the App:
- Name or preferred name
- Age
- Year of birth
- Other age-verification information requested by the App
- User preferences and onboarding selections
- Chat prompts, questions, messages, and other content submitted to the AI
- Information or content voluntarily entered by the user into the App
Age-related information is used primarily for age-gating, eligibility verification, and compliance with applicable requirements. A user's name or preferred name may be used to personalize the App experience.
B. CHAT DATA AND AI PROCESSING
Local Processing and Storage:
- Chat history, name preference, onboarding settings, and other supported preferences may be stored locally on the user's device.
- Local data may be stored in the App's private application storage, including files such as ITSH_Chat_History.json.
- Offline AI functionality may process prompts and generate responses locally on the device when the user chooses an available offline model.
Cloud Processing:
- When the user uses an online/cloud AI feature, the user's prompts and related input are transmitted through encrypted HTTPS connections to the applicable cloud AI service so that the requested response can be generated.
- Depending on the feature used, the cloud service may process the prompt and related technical information necessary to provide the AI response.
- Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information, passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other confidential information into AI prompts unless specifically required by the App.
- We do not sell or rent user chat content for commercial profiling.
C. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED TECHNICAL INFORMATION
To support app functionality, security, analytics, stability, and crash diagnostics, the App and/or integrated third-party services may automatically process limited technical information, which may include:
- Device model and manufacturer
- Android operating system version
- App version
- Installation or app instance identifiers
- Language and device settings
- Time zone or regional settings
- IP address or approximate network/location information where processed by applicable services
- Anonymous or pseudonymous analytics information
- Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information
- Information about App interactions and usage events
Some of this information may be collected by third-party SDKs such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, subject to their respective privacy policies.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide AI chat and related App functionality
- To perform age verification and enforce the 16+ age requirement
- To personalize the App using the user's name or preferences
- To save and restore local chat history and settings
- To process prompts through online AI services when cloud functionality is used
- To provide offline AI functionality where available
- To diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical problems
- To monitor App performance and improve reliability
- To maintain security and prevent abuse or misuse
- To understand general App usage and improve features
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play requirements
5. STORAGE AND RETENTION
A. LOCAL DATA
Information such as chat history, name preference, age-related onboarding information, and App settings may be stored locally in the App's private storage on the user's device.
Users can generally remove locally stored App data by using the applicable deletion/clear-data functionality provided within the App or by clearing the App's data through Android device settings.
B. CLOUD DATA
When online AI functionality is used, prompts and related information may be processed by third-party cloud AI providers. Retention and deletion of information processed by those providers may be governed by their applicable policies and service terms.
We do not claim that information transmitted to third-party AI services is stored exclusively on the user's device.
C. RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the App, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable agreements.
6. STORAGE AND DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The App may request permissions that are necessary for specific functionality.
Storage/File Access:
- The App may use private application storage to save chat history, preferences, downloaded offline AI models, and cached application data.
- The App does not intentionally scan, access, modify, upload, or share personal files, photos, contacts, or documents stored on the device unless a future feature explicitly requests such access and the user grants the required permission.
Internet Access:
- Internet access is used to transmit cloud AI requests and receive responses, load required online services, and support applicable analytics or crash-reporting services.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ITSH.ai may use third-party services and SDKs, including:
- Google Play Services
- Google AI / Gemini APIs
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
These services may process certain information as necessary to provide their services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Users should review the privacy policies of applicable third-party providers for more information about how those providers process data.
8. ADVERTISING
If advertising is enabled in the App, ITSH.ai may use third-party advertising services to display advertisements.
Advertising providers may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction information for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization, subject to the provider's policies and applicable consent requirements.
Where required by applicable law or Google Play requirements, the App will provide appropriate consent or privacy controls before processing data for personalized advertising.
If the App does not currently use advertising, this section will not apply until advertising functionality is introduced.
9. AI CONTENT AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER
AI-generated responses are produced by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.
ITSH.ai is intended to provide general informational and entertainment assistance and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
The App includes safety measures designed to refuse or restrict certain harmful requests, including requests involving sexually explicit content, pornography, dangerous illegal activities, self-harm, or violent wrongdoing. However, no automated safety system can guarantee that every harmful or inappropriate output will be prevented.
10. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App.
- Network communications with applicable cloud services are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Local App data is stored within the App's private application storage where supported by the Android operating system.
- Access to information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for App functionality, security, maintenance, and service operation.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. USER RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, users may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
For locally stored information, users may delete applicable data through the App's available clear/delete functionality or by clearing the App's data through Android device settings.
For information processed by third-party service providers, deletion and access requests may also be subject to the provider's policies and technical limitations.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ITSH.ai is not directed toward children under 16 years of age.
The App is intended only for users who are 16 or older. We do not knowingly permit children under 16 to use the App or knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Upon receiving a valid report, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete or restrict applicable information where required by law.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Because ITSH.ai may use third-party cloud AI, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, and infrastructure providers, information may be processed on servers located in countries other than the user's country of residence.
Where required, applicable providers may use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with applicable law.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to future use of the App, subject to applicable law.
